Cold therapy for feet and hands helps you to avoid to suffer from cold feet and hands during the winter time and makes you stronger and healthier overall. When you do regular cold therapy your cold tolerance is also getting better and stronger especially if you start to increase the time used for cold therapy step by step. Always remember start slower and never force yourself. Start from max two minutes and increase the time 10-30 seconds per time. After month or so you’ll discover that you’re already mastering in cold therapy and you have a cool new habbit which makes you healthier and stronger. Not bad eih?
